Online Option
I have experience mediating online with parties in the same home and in different parts of the country! If this is an option you're interested in, I can support you with the technological aspects of connecting online and help you with strategies to communicate effectively online.
Professional
Megan Paterson has been a teacher in School District 70, (Pacific Rim) for almost 20 years. She lives in a blended family with her partner and their five teenagers. She became interested in mediation after using it herself with a successful result.
Megan has her Masters in Education from S.F.U. and completed a certification in Mediation for Professionals through Herzing College. A trauma-informed practitioner, she has had contracts with LegalAid B.C. and numerous referrals from MCFD. She is a Peer Support Consultant with the BCTF and an experienced public speaker and workshop facilitator.
She is an insured professional and a member in good standing with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of British Columbia and a Registered and Rostered mediator with Mediate B.C.
